從事制藥模具的製造開始於1953年，多年來我們不斷地學習與改進。為了提升模具的品質及提高製造的水準，經常與各國制藥模具專業交換資料及汲取經驗，改進製造技術。為制藥界提供完善的品質與服務。
任何藥片沖模━━圓形、特殊型、回轉式、單式，在材質、熱處理、研磨、拋光等每一個過程都包含了技術的結晶。尤其在選用材質方面，本公司特別直接進口鋼材以提高模具的品質。在技術規範上，始終維持下列標準。
１、互換性100%（無論圓形或特殊型的模具）；
２、精度：2級；
３、模面之表面粗糙度達Ra 0.1，其餘配合面達Ra 0.4；
４、硬度：沖模HRC58+2、中模HRC60+2；
但是再完美的模具仍然需要使用者的維護。以及制藥原料的乾燥度、潤滑度、顆粒的大小等配合。為此我們特地將累積多年的經驗提供給制藥界參考。從模具的檢驗━━>維護━━>使用━━>以及各類問題的發生原因，解決的方法，做一個有系統的介紹。希望您在製作的過程中順利，迅速解決問題，增加生產力，節省成本及損耗。

We offer a complete punch and die service
for all types of rotary and single punch
presses that includes all aspects of
designing, engineering and manufacturing.
Tooling for round, oval and capsule shapes,
as well as nonstandard Shapes can be made to
special customer requirements.
TZULI is experienced in developing new tool
shapes, and solving customers' tooling
problems.
Manufacturing can best be initiated from
engineering drawings, or from published art
work for special types of shapes, contours,
punch face designs, bisect specifications
and position of keyways.
Some of the special features that go into
every TZULI punch and die.
TZULI QC works all along the production
line, beginning with the purchase and
evaluation of special, impact resistant
grades of steel, to checking such things as
corner radii, clearances and lower punch
relief, a Rockwell hardness test, and
complete dimensional inspection.
The result is punches and dies that are
unequaled in precision and performance.
All tooling offers 100% change ability
within tooling sets, even on irregular
shapes - no numbered stations required.
TZULI has capability to produce carbide
tipped punches and carbide lined dies.
Because they exhibit significantly better
wear characteristics than ordinary steel
punches, they are recommended for compacting
abrasive materials such as ceramics, metal
powders and catalysts.
Hops used in making engraved or embossed
punches and dies from logos and trademarks
are also produced. The painstaking care
taken at each step of the manufacturing
operation ensures that reproduction is clean
and sharp, and will remain so even after
many production runs.
